If after placing your order you find you have made an error please do not hesitate to contact us and if we have not already made your order we will change it for you at no extra cost. If this is a couple of days after placing the order the chances are it will already be made.
We always package your frame in bubble wrap and mail order packaging and send via the post office to ensure that your frame arrives with you in perfect condition.
If your goods are faulty please notify us. In the case of damage all we will require is a digital image of any damage and we will offer you a full refund or exchange (please notify us within 5 days of receipt). A replacement will be sent as soon as possible. However please note that if any error has been made on your part in measuring etc this will not apply
Please note your frame is custom made to your requirements therefore we will not be able to accept as a return.
